Were my Miranda Rights violated

Hello this is Attorney Patrick Silva here, with another answer to one of your frequently asked questions. Many times I'm asked, did the officer violate my Miranda rights. Under Miranda an officer is required to read you your Miranda rights when you are detained and when he asks you questions to which your answers would be incriminating. Let's think about it were you free to leave when he stopped you on the side of thwe road, No. Did he ask you one hundred questions about what you had done that night, Yes.
