DUI Toxicology report

Q. I live in the State of CA. I am arrested for DUI Prescriition medication, will the toxicology report is part of the arrest report ? Or will that be that part of discovery which is available only to prosecutor ?
I am trying to get the arrrest report from the police department and I am curious if the arrest report includes the toxicology report.

A. The toxicology report will be referenced in the police report and may be an attachment. The entire report and all of its attachments will be discoverable evidence that is to be turned over to you at the arraignment. You should not go to the police or speak with the police as stated above you may make admissions that are admissible against you. You should IMMEDIATELY seek the advice of an
AVVO attorney who provides free consultations.
