Arrested for DUI? Find Out What Everyone Should Know Before Talking to the Judge, Hiring an Attorney, Pleading Guilty or Going to Trial.

Q.Can I fight my d.u.i. case?
I was charged with a D.U.I. in suspicion of driving under the influence of weed. I do not drink and I do not usually smoke. That day I decided to smoke at 4pm and the amount that I smoked was two hits. I did not finish nor go half way within the blunt. At that time I was home, took a nap and did what I had to do. At 9pm I was scrolling through my phone and found a guy who was selling workout equipment on an app, he was nearby and I decided to drive to him. I was not high nor was I smoking while driving. There was a checkpoint and I confidently went through it, but I felt like I was profiled due to my tattoo and was stopped. They did multiple tests on me and detained me saying that my blood showed thc. They booked me for a D.U.I. but was not told if I failed or passed any tests.

A. Marijuana DUIs are very defensible. From what you stated, I’d expect a good outcome on your case. This won’t go away on its own, you’ll need an attorney experienced in defending these types of cases.

"My name is David and when I got my 3rd DUI I hired Pat Silva to fight for me and he did! He got my 3rd DUI dropped, all I had to do was plead no contest to a few moving violations. I had a bac of .17 and he still got it dropped that's why I call him the specialist! "    ONLINE REVIEWS
